Are you new to Health and Social Services? Or maybe you never attended an orientation to your union when you started at YG?

PSAC’s education program is piloting the first course on a new online education platform and YEU has offered to help out.

Welcome to Your Union: PSAC is an online course that introduces new members to the union and will take about one hour to complete.  You’ll explore PSAC's structure, services, governance and roles you can take in your union.  The course includes a variety of learning tools and techniques to keep things interesting and interactive.   

Then we will meet in a live Zoom session for about 45 minutes where you can talk to other new members who work in Health and Social Services, meet leaders from your local union (called Y017) and get answers to your questions.

Registration is required. The deadline to register is May 25. Please use the red Send RSVP button below. After you RSVP, you will then be sent the course registration instructions.  

The following week, we will have our Zoom session.
