The 11th Triennial Convention of the Yukon Employees’ Union (YEU) will be held at the Kwanlin Dün Cultural Centre in Whitehorse from October 16–18, 2026.
A Convention call-out package will be sent to Local Presidents on April 15th. For Locals without a President, the call-out will be sent to the First Vice-President. If your Local does not have an elected Executive, we will be in touch soon with the next steps.
The deadline for registration as a delegate is June 16th.
This highly anticipated event will give elected delegates the chance to take part in informative sessions, dynamic discussions, and valuable networking opportunities.
Together, we’ll share ideas, build stronger connections, and help shape the future of our union. Your participation plays an important role in making this convention meaningful and successful.
Convention is where members set the direction for YEU’s next three-year cycle. Resolutions from the membership are debated and voted on, and elections are held to choose leadership for the upcoming term.
