To all Local Y017 members:

Please be advised of the following procedures regarding Local Y017 worksite visits, effective immediately.-

Worksite visits will be conducted within a 10–15 minute timeframe. The primary purpose of these visits is to ensure the timely and effective communication of important union information, including posting relevant updates and materials on Local Y017 union bulletin boards.

While worksite visits will be limited in duration, the Local President remains fully committed to supporting members, addressing questions and concerns, and advocating for the rights and interests of all Local Y017 members.

We recognize that certain workplace concerns or issues may require more time and a private setting for meaningful discussion. Members who wish to discuss a specific workplace matter, seek guidance, raise a concern, or share ideas are encouraged to contact the Local President directly to arrange an individual meeting.

Meetings can be arranged outside of regular work hours at a mutually convenient location.

Members are also encouraged to stay informed by regularly checking the Local Y017 events page for upcoming meetings, events, and other opportunities to connect with the Local Executive and fellow members.
