You'll get tips on how unionized supervisors can carry out their duties and how tensions and conflicts in the workplace can be addressed without undermining solidarity. This course is designed for supervisors who are members of any Bargaining Unit. Local Shop Stewards and Local Executive leaders are also encouraged to register for this in-person workshop.
