After this training session you will: 

• Know the obligations of respectful conduct on picket lines.
• Have knowledge, skills and confidence to picket effectively.
• Have the tools to create workable solutions to the personal challenges faced by members on strike, such as financial requirements. 
• Have the tools to conduct an effective strike.

The Alliance will reimburse participants for loss of wages, transportation, meals and incidentals in accordance with the Treasury Board Travel Directive. Family care expenses will also be reimbursed as per the revised PSAC policy.
