Join us for this month's Shop Steward Roundtable as we explore common next steps stewards can take when handling workplace issues. Using realistic Yukon workplace scenarios, we'll discuss practical approaches to gathering information, identifying potential collective agreement concerns, documenting issues, asking effective questions, and determining when additional support may be needed.

This session is designed to help stewards build a practical "toolbox" of strategies that can be used in a wide variety of situations—from workplace conflicts and scheduling concerns to potential grievances and health and safety issues.
