At this ONLINE Round Table, we will explore all things working through conflict. We will discuss what happens when an issue brought to you as a steward is non grievable, but still poses challenges to the member. This roundtable will also include an exploration into the Killman Model of workplace conflict, as well opportunity to determine your own conflict style.
This round table is open to Shop Stewards living in the communities.
