To vote, you must be a *member in good standing and be present for the information meeting held immediately prior to the voting session. All voting will be held in-person. There is no proxy voting option. You do not have to RSVP

As road conditions are uncertain, there may be last-minute changes to our meeting schedule. We will do our best to communicate any changes quickly, but encourage all members in communities affected by flooding or other road closures to monitor for urgent email updates. You can also check current conditions on the 511yukon.ca website.

*A member in good standing is a member who has signed a union membership card. We will have membership lists and cards at each meeting and can confirm your status when you arrive. If you are currently a Rand (unsigned member), you can complete a membership card on the spot and be eligible to vote.
