Bargaining our new Collective Agreement has been a long and challenging process, and we want to touch base to offer updates and answer questions.
We began talks virtually, meeting the employer's team over ZOOM. We're now preparing for mediated talks the week of November 28th, facilitated by a federally appointed conciliator.
We know you have questions, and we'd like to offer updates on the important issues that are playing a huge role at the table.
We will be sharing and discussing items that have developed since our August update.
*For members outside of Whitehorse, we are planning meetings in mid-November; dates, times and locations will be provided soon. The bargaining team looks forward to seeing you and answering your questions.
