The Yukon Federation of Labour has invited the leaders of all three political parties to join an online conversation about workers, worker rights and the issues that matter to the territory's wage-earning taxpayers.The leadership hopefuls will be asked questions submitted by the YFL membership, over 6000 workers strong.
YFL President Ron Rousseau shared the following:
"I am honoured to invite you to participate in a pre-election webinar featuring questions from the over 6000 members of the Yukon Federation of Labour.
Each candidate will be given three minutes to respond to each question followed by a 1-minute rebuttal. We are working with a one-hour time frame; there may be up to 5 or 6 questions and a brief closing comment from each party."
