Conflict is a part of our lives. Shop Stewards get involved in situations at work where members have disagreements, often with heightened emotional content. How we respond and how members respond to a conflict will have an influence on the outcome.
In this online session, we’ll talk about how stewards can face difficult situations with more confidence, offer conflict resolution skills to members and build solidarity in the workplace.
