At this Round Table, we will focus on effective communication with members in your role as a shop steward. We’ll explore practical strategies for having clear, confident, and supportive conversations, including how to handle difficult discussions, actively listen to concerns, and build trust. Participants will also have the opportunity to share experiences and practice communication approaches they can apply in their workplaces.

This round table is open to Shop Stewards and all YEU members. 

All YEU education is free, and if you are scheduled to work during a course, you can apply for Union Leave as a Shop Steward. Please use this form to send us the approved leave from your employer.
