At this Round Table, we will explore all things working through conflict. We will discuss what happens when an issue brought to you as a steward is non grievable, but still poses challenges to the member. This roundtable will also include an exploration into the Killman Model of workplace conflict, as well opportunity to determine your own conflict style.
This round table is open to Shop Stewards and all YEU members. Coffee/Tea and light snacks will be provided.
All YEU education is free, and if you are scheduled to work during a course, you can apply for Union Leave as a Shop Steward. Please use this form to send us the approved leave from your employer.
