This is a two-day workshop for YEU members looking to gain skills and experience by facilitating education sessions for other members of their union.
You will:
- learn about popular education and facilitation techniques for both in-person and Zoom union education sessions
- practice your facilitation skills by helping deliver “Welcome to Your Union" and "Top 10 Things to Know About Your Contract" education sessions in your Local

Applicants for this training should be prepared to commit to being a member facilitator for at least the next 18 months. Participants will be selected by their Locals.
