Your Collective Agreement (aka your contract) spells out your rights in the workplace. It is not always easy to understand as it often uses legal language and some articles must be read together in order to get full answers. 

In this 90-minute Zoom session, you'll learn about some of the most common leave provisions like vacation, sick, special and casual. We'll also discuss what to do when you are denied your requests for leave.

By the end of the 90-minute session, you'll feel more comfortable navigating your contract, understand important rights and know what to do when your rights are not being respected.
