Your Collective Agreement (aka your contract) spells out your rights in the workplace. It is not always easy to understand as it often uses legal language and some articles must be read together in order to get full answers. 

In this 90-minute Zoom session, we'll cover Acting Pay, and how to proceed when you believe you are performing duties that you think are above your pay grade. When your job description (aka Statement of duties) doesn't match your actual work, this can trigger a process called reclassification.

By the end of the 90-minute session, you'll feel more comfortable navigating your contract, understand important rights and know what to do when your rights are not being respected.
