Grievance Handling

Filing a grievance is one way of dealing with workplace issues.

Learn how in this PSAC two-day course for Stewards on Grievance Handling.

This course will help you better understand the process of identifying collective agreement violations and help you develop your confidence and skills in navigating the grievance process.

If you haven't already taken this course, please consider taking it now.

Note that this Grievance Handling course is a pre-requisite for the Advanced Shop Steward Course that will be offered in May of 2020 (date TBD).
