The Collective Agreement is the most important document in a union member's working life but for most of us, navigating the complex wording in the Collective Agreement can be a challenge.

Enhance your understanding of your contract by participating in our one-day workshop. Get to know some of its key provisions using an easy, four-step approach to collective agreement interpretation. Using case studies, you will practice applying the collective agreement to real workplace situations. 

Any union member can take this course on paid union leave. All Local leaders, Shop Stewards, supervisors and team leads are strongly encouraged to take this workshop.
