Your YEU Bargaining Team met with the employer’s team April 26-28th. While significant progress was made on a number of issues, the parties remain far apart on key proposals affecting the safety and health of Yukoners and our members.
In an effort to bring the two sides closer together, both parties have agreed to mediate these outstanding issues with the assistance of a third party. We will provide additional information on the mediation process as it becomes available.
