We have a range of tasks available to suit different interests and skills. Whether you're a logistics guru, a culinary enthusiast, or someone who loves lending a hand, we have a role for you. Here's a snapshot of the tasks where we could use your support:

Sunday, September 1st:

9:00 AM: Veggie Pick-Up @ Wykes Independent
10:00 AM: Veggie Prep @ YEU
12:00 PM: Deliver Veggies to Cold Storage

Monday, September 2nd:

8:00 AM: Grocery Order Pickup at Wykes Independent
8:00 AM: Set Up at Shipyards Park – Arrange BBQs, Tables, and Food Safety Equipment
9:30 AM: Cooks and Food Servers Orientation – Learn About Food Safety Practices and Prepare to Serve
10:00 AM: Pick Up Veggies at Whitehorse Food Bank and start grilling

11:00 AM: Event Begins
2:00 PM: Pack Up Trucks, BBQ Cleanup, and Repack Seacan/Trailer
