What happens when a member contacts the YEU Hall with a question or a complaint? When does your role as a Shop Steward start? When does it end? What do you have to do along the way? How are cases of possible harassment, accommodation and other complex issues handled differently? If the complaint turns out to be a grievance, who do you file the grievance with?
