What happens when a member calls the YEU Hall with a question or a complaint? When does your role as a Shop Steward start? When does it end? What do you have to do along the way? How are cases of possible harassment, accommodation and other complex cases handled differently? If the complaint turns out to be a grievance, who do you file the grievance with?
At this Round Table discussion, all your questions will be answered! We will go over the YEU Intake process and the role of the Shop Steward at each step.
This is a good refresher for all Shop Stewards.
