Our recent communications to members outlined a rough time frame; based on all the steps required under the Act, May is likely the earliest we could anticipate any strike action.
We are governed by the Yukon Public Service Labour Relations Act and the timelines and requirements are quite different from either the Canada Labour Code or the Employment Standards Act. Please also refer to our updated FAQ page for a timeline.
