Join in our first online Shop Steward Round Table!

We'll use Zoom to get together for an hour and discuss bullying and harassment in the workplace. Members who have been working from home may soon be starting to go back to their workplaces that have pre-existing problems or perhaps the COVID crisis is now exposing some underlying issues.

Employers have an obligation to maintain harassment and bullying-free workplaces. What can Shop Stewards do when a member comes to them with concerns? We'll discuss some strategies.
