Yukon Employees' Union Local Y045 - Watson Lake is holding their AGM on Thursday, May 1st at 7 PM at Watson Lake Recreation Centre, Curling Lounge. 

Our Local meetings are the place to build strength as a group, identify issues, and establish our priorities. 

YEU Vice President of Communities, Julie Abel, will be in attendance. 

We will be holding elections for the positions of: 

• Vice-President
• Secretary/Treasurer
• Director

Bylaw amendment to be discussed:

Section 4
A quorum of the Executive Committee shall be any four members of the Executive Committee,
one of which must be the President or Vice President.

The proposed change is quorum from 4 of the 4 executive members to 3 of the 4 executive members to ensure we still meet quorum and can make decisions at executive meetings when folks are away.
