Could the employer lock us out?

Is it possible or even likely that the employer would choose to lock us out rather than wait for us to go on strike?


We cannot speak for what the YG will or won’t do, but to date there have been no outward indications that they are planning to take lockout action. It is always a possibility, but we think it's a remote possibility at this point.
